General terms for individually agreed video and photography projects.
Effective: 27 October 2026
1. Scope and non-binding enquiries
This website presents KiNo Video services to businesses and organisations. Sending an enquiry requests a discussion or quotation; it is not an order, booking, payment or online contract. The reference number confirms storage of the enquiry, not acceptance of the work. Visiting the website alone does not incorporate these terms into a contract.
2. Individual agreement
The production scope, responsible parties, crew, locations, schedule, deliverables, languages, formats, rights and price are agreed for each project. A project starts under a separately accepted quotation or written agreement. An individual agreement takes precedence over general information on this website. Dates remain subject to confirmation.
3. Price and payment
There is no online checkout or fixed tariff on this site. A quotation specifies the currency, whether taxes are included or added, third-party costs, travel, any deposit, invoicing milestones and due dates. These are not implied by an enquiry. Additional work or scope changes require a separate agreement on cost and timing.
4. Preparing the production
The parties agree who supplies the brief, brand assets, access, location permissions, contributors, review contact and approvals. The client must be entitled to provide the material it submits. Participant notices, releases, location access and any data-processing roles are addressed before filming, according to the actual project.
5. Delivery and review
The agreement identifies the materials to deliver, the transfer method, review stages, included revision rounds and approval deadlines. Raw footage, project files, subtitling, translations, archive storage and extra versions are included only where agreed. Neither the website nor a sample film promises an identical crew or technical setup for every task.
6. Rights and confidentiality
Usage rights, media, territory, duration, third-party licences and the conditions for their grant belong in the individual agreement. Portfolio publication is addressed separately, including any client restrictions. Providing an enquiry does not authorise us to publish client materials. Confidential business information is handled only for the relevant task and agreed purpose.
7. Changes, cancellation and problems
Changes, postponement, cancellation, weather, access problems and unavoidable external events are resolved under the project agreement and applicable law. No automatic cancellation percentage or liability cap is introduced by this website. Please report a delivery concern promptly to info@kinovideo.hu so we can assess and discuss a remedy.
8. Applicable project terms
Before commissioning, the parties agree the complete scope, price, timetable, rights and relevant legal requirements in writing. Mandatory rights remain unaffected. Consumer work, cross-border contracts, governing law, dispute resolution and procurement requirements are addressed in the individual agreement where relevant. The agreement identifies its controlling language. Privacy and cookie choices are governed by separate notices.
